Order and Delivery

If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email info@zen-vora.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition. Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that are used, opened, or damaged.

Return Request

Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Email info@zen-vora.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Attach proof (photo or video of the product, if necessary)

Damage or Issues

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, defects, or incorrect items, please report this as soon as possible with a photo or video of the item so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order. Once your return is approved, you can purchase the desired item directly.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Once approved, the amount will be automatically refunded. Please note: it may take a few days for your bank to process the refund.

Return Terms and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Ensure that returned items are well packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Use a traceable and insured shipping service for the return, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipping.

  • Returns must be approved before being processed. Without approval, the return cannot be processed.
