Wrong or Defective Items

If you have received the wrong items or if the items are defective, please email info@zen-vora.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

General Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt , provided the items are in their original, resalable condition.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in original packaging .

  • Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund , excluding return shipping costs.

  • We cannot refund or exchange items that are used, opened, or damaged.

  • Return Period: Within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Required: The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt).

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with a photo or video of the product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

  • Please note: It may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to process and credit the refund.
