Wrong or Defective Items
If you have received the wrong items or if the items are defective, please email info@zen-vora.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
General Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, resalable condition.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in original packaging.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval.
