Return Policy

Return Policy

At Zenvora, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

  • Not altered, worn, or used beyond initial try-on for size/fit

Please note:

  • Purchasing multiple sizes or variations of the same product with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.

 

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. 

    That said, we’ll always do our best to support our customers and in many cases, we’ll still offer exchanges.


 

  • All return shipping costs, including international postage and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@zen-vora.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address of our supplier in China.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed during return shipment.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

  • Restocking Fee: A 20$ fee may apply for restocking and inspecting returned items.

 

  • Discount Codes/Loyalty Points: If a discount code or loyality points were used for the purchase, any applicable discount or points may be voided if the item is returned.

4. Order Cancellations and Address Errors

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
    Zenvora is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address error, contact us within 24 hours at info@zen-vora.com.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


6. Liability

Zenvora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information shows that an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in address entered by customers

We recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.
