Position: E-Commerce & Customer Experience Assistant

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Type: Part-time / Flexible

What You’ll Do

• Support daily e-commerce operations, including Shopify product updates, inventory management, and content uploads.
• Provide warm, personalized customer support via email and social media, reflecting Zenvora’s family values.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Collaborate directly with us, Emily and Madison, to bring fresh ideas that help grow the Zenvora brand.
• Act as a bridge between our heritage story and the customer experience, ensuring our legacy is carried into every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passion for fashion, storytelling, and heritage-driven brands.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a close-knit, family-oriented team.
